Dammit, I thought OP was posting a link here. You should have added a ? to the end of the title.
How will I get by without live streaming yet another EPIC Narvaez title defense?! :OhYes:
Seriously though, at least this will likely be competitive, if not very entertaining.

IMO this will be the last hurrah for Narvaez. Orchuta has a huge size advantage, is young, throws tons of punches and hits hard. Narvaez is 39 and barely edged him last time. I think I scored it 115-113. I think Orchuta outpoints him this time.

I had Orucuta winning the first

I think it was close either way. IMO, Narvaez made Orchuta miss a lot, but Orchuta was way more active and the size difference seemed to bother Narvaez more than it did when he fought Seda, Whitfield, Zaleta and some of the other guys who had a big height advantage on him. Seda was always the guy I thought would retire Narvaez, but now I think Orchuta will

If you only seen the donaire fight, maybe your statement makes sense... it was a defense clinic

Otherwise almost every single one of his fights are barn burner. Before Donaire, i had Narvaez in my top10 most entertaining.

Orucuta is one of the best body punchers in boxing, he punished Narvaez last time out. Should be very interesting tonight and give us an idea where Narvaez is in his career

Have to agree. I have probably seen 15 or so of his title fights and Donaire was the only one I didn't enjoy

he disgraced himself against Donaire. Dont take the fight if your not gonna put forth an effort. He could have set himself up with better paydays even if he had lost in a competitive matchup but he refused to engage. and dont tell me size was an issue, Rigo and Darchy are midgets and they have given Donaire hell.

He was giving away a fornicate ton of weight, size, age, power. Personally I think he showed how one dimensional Donaire was and how Donaire needs aggression from his opponent to be effective himself.

Also there was unlikely to be other payday, not many super flyweights fight in the US. He collected a bumper payday against a guy who had all the physical traits to batter him. Credit to him.

this is starting to look like segura vs narvaez... narvaez lands lefts flush at will but doesn't keep Orucuta from stalking him and landing big shots.

Narvaez wins by MDecision

Narvaez started well using his mobility and precise timing to score some nice shots. But Eventually Orucuta's body punching game and nice stalking footwork gave him control of the fight in what was heading towards to look like a Segura vs Calderon type of fight with Narvaez landing the left counters flush but not phasing Orucuta. Orucuta was in control but Narvaez remained efficient in some sequences blocking and rolling with Orucuta's combos and countering back with some very quick and precise shots. Eventually Orucuta faded in the championships round and Narvaez a master of the pace showed once again how much of an underated boxing brain he is.
