Seems very promising that the South African believes so highly in him after so many lack lustre performances but he needs to deliver versus spada , very good read and write up from the journalist

Nice article but berman had BBC 1 I believe and made a mess of it quite some years ago , I think the was a show announced in St. Helens or Warrington they was doing starting with small shows or Sumat and it's been cancelled now
I found this , so much to the below -

All promoters speak a good show , they are all the same I heard he made a mess of uk TV as well
As for Murray I watched him v a Russian and was horrendous 10-12 month ago , and the max bursak one he wasn't any better in front of a empty small hall . Seems far away from his great performance v Martinez where I believe he was brilliant

Brilliant ? Martinez had about 4 operations and his legs had gone he did well but against a very badly faded Martinez , same with sturm he did ok against a badly faded sturm ! Both champions got taught lessons in their next fights

Maybe it's just because I follow a particular scene carefully but...I don't hear much BS from the likes of Hideyuki Ohashi or Akihiro Honda. If they believe in a guy they let them off the leash rather than talk about, they actually do it.

Murray's looked absolute dog shit since the Martinez fight, I'm rapidly losing interest in him

Good luck to Murray, but like others on here not been impressed by him lately, if i had the money to invest in a boxer , Murray wouldn't be near the top of the list.
What returns are his promoters expecting from him? he hardly excites in fights.

didn't he sign a 3 fight deal with this golden gloves? this is the 3rd fight so hopefully he signs with hearn or w@rren and gets fights in the uk! if he has it he will move on and if not he will be in decent fights with macklin ryder saunders and eubank!

He gave a solid opponent and firmer European champion a boxing lesson who resorted to just surviving due to the punishment he was taking? Doing that to someone at this level is a good result not a bad performance
