Humbled .........

As you know I auctioned off the Sugar Ray Leonard poster and the winning bidder was Digzee.
I just want to share with you his private message to me.

"You must stay positive and keep your chin up mate, I was in a car accident and am paralyzed from my shoulders down (can move my arms and wrists just enough to use a laptop and electric wheelchair) and I love life and enjoy it just as much as before my injury. I know my injury is different but with help from his friends and loved ones, and a little luck, Jerome too can enjoy life in the future. I spare a thought for Serge too, i'm sure he's feeling terrible.

No need to worry about Kell he'll fight and beat Khan in the first quarter of next year, then be the first man to beat Mayweather next September :bag:"

The next time I moan and groan about the aches and pains and the price of coal I will remember these words and stop being a whinging old b@@@ard.

Digzee I salute you Sir. :box: :box:

Nice one Digzee 8)

What trade was Jerome in ? i know he was self-employed but not much more. I work with a lot of guys on a sub contractor basis and I always urge them to take income protection, but it's extremely expensive.

I think he's a personal trainer mate. I think I saw Curtis say it in an IFL interview.

On topic, inspiring words from Digzee and great to see the boxing community rallying around in very difficult circumstances
