Has anyone tried this? Very mixed reviews online...

I hadn't actually even heard of it and I'm pretty up to date on the supplement industry. I'll have to do some research. As far as reviews go, I usually trust the ratings and reviews on bodybuilding.com over other sites.

I only heard about it recently after reading a few articles on bodybuilding.com mentioning bio peptides, so I looked it up... I'm a little sceptical so I'd be interested to hear what you think when you do some research.

Sorry it's been so long since I said I'd check this out...

Reviews seemed hit or miss. I decided to pick some up and give it a try. I got it in today, had some mixed in with my greek yogurt. Tasted delicious.
