I don't know why but sales of the Tony Sibson book have took off again . It's available on amazon at a reduced price, maybe that's the reason !!!

Tony against Henry Wharton - now that would be a PPV fight, in my opinion, but I'm biased.

Have you got any signed ones knocking about?

Mickey, I've got one signed one left. If you want it go on to amazon and order it and let me know when you place the order etc and I'll keep it for you.

Funnily enough, I was browsing on Amazon yesterday & the Tony Sibson book kept showing up on my 'recommended' items - I'm sure it hasn't shown on there before...

All it takes is a couple of buyers to buy items together and the software auto links them.

It popped up the other day for me [again] when looking at boxing books. When I looked it was ~£30. It's a tenner now so I'll have a pop.

Jim - You do realise that you're the seller at £10, that doesn't happen by accident so you must have set it to sell at that price. If the next highest was £10.01 I'd say it was because you set it to drop the price automatically.

The whole thing confuses me - which is not difficult at the best of times. I didn't sell any for months and then I got an order. So I put another up for sale and it went, so every time one goes I put another on. I set it at £10 but this thing comes up suggesting I put it on offer ,but to be honest I don't fully understand what it means. But anyway I'm quite happy to sell it now at a tenner plus the postage. They're going every day now !!!

I was on the phone to Tony yesterday and sadly he told me that his former trainers ( Ken Squires) son passed away last week ( Kevin) . Kevin would spar with Tony off and on.

Don't give my signed one to Orbs! I'll buy it tomorrow.

Ha! Yeah Mickey was in there first. If I somehow end up with a signed one, I'll make sure it gets to the right person.

re: Amazon, it's all automated, the whole thing. My brother's mate and ex flatmate used to live above the author Max Arthur, and he said Amazon are a joke - He used to buy copies of his own books to keep them in the top whatever, just because the cost of him buying his own books was massively offset against the profits he got from the increased sales from it being in the top sellers list on Amazon.

It's not a bad read, the BN review made me wary. I'm enjoying it more than I enjoyed Tibbs' book.
