Do Boxers Pay their Trainers with their purses?

So I have a question do Boxers pay their trainers and cut men with their money purses???
For example lets say a boxer gets a purse of about $$400,000 in a fight?
Does this mean he has to pay his trainers and cut men from the $400,000 or does the boxing promotion company pay the trainers meaning that when the contracts are present the promotion company pays the boxer's trainer and cut men.
I'm thinking that if my purse was $400,000 after taxes about 30% in taxes it will be about $280,000. I would then pay my trainer about $40,000 and cut men $30,000, which would leave me with about $210,000? I'm correct or wrong on this????
