...between the top Brits, if it was to happen within the next few months and presuming they're all fully fit and prepared, who wins it?? I'm thinking having it as full 12 round fights so obviously not all on the same night but in prizefighter format starting with Q-final draw of lets say Mitchell v Cardle, Flanagan v Crolla, Burns v Coyle & Derry Matthews v Luke Campbell. Just a bit of fun, interested to hear who people rate as the best.

Mitchell beats Cardle
Flanagan beats Crolla
Burns beats Coyle
Mathews beats Campbell

If Burns didn't win this with 3 comfortable points victories he's have gone backwards further than I thought.

He's still surely the strongest UK based fighter at that wieght

Judging by his last fight I don't think he beats Flanagan, simply because the southpaw stance would be a nightmare for him, his jab at the moment is nowhere near where it once was.

Cardle and Campbell final for me!

I can't see many beating Campbell over three rounds.

Flannagan would win it again.. If him and Burns avoided each other they would face in the final.. Campbell beats everyone apart from Burns and Flannagan IMO

Campbell is a dervish, he'll just throw a ton of shot and comfortably outwork everyone on the list

I'd pick Campbell though over 3's. I think Crolla and Mathews would probably beat this version of 'little belly' Burns and Burns has moved up, or is he going back down?

The OP said 12 round fights.

Burns is now moving back down, he went the distance with Crawford and won a few rounds 7 months ago, then had a close fight with Zlaticanin, who's somewhere around European level, less than 4 months ago. He's dropped a long way from where he once was, but I don't think he's fallen to a point where he can't beat domestic level fighters, the only difference is the fights would be close now, when 2 years ago he'd have had an easy fight.

One of the Hearn interviews I saw suggested there might be one in December, because everyone moaned there were too many now he was getting a lot of messages asking when the next one was....

Please no more Prizefighters.... Sounded good in theory but didn't work in practice. Heavyweights is only one that works. Sometimes.... But it really is a pile of steaming sh1te. They'll probably put in on PPV anyway
