Surprisingly enough, two Mexican rappers came up with a song about GGG:

What other songs are there about other acting or retired boxers ?

There's 3 or 4 songs or 'chaunts' at the end of Pierce Egan's Boxiana - although they're about 200 years old & I suspect the original tunes are long lost.

The Fugees did a song based on the Rumble in the Jungle, I think it was written for

There's only ooooone [Britsh fighter's name].
Ooooone [British fighter's name].
Walking along, singing a song, walking in a [British fighter's name] wonderland.
I'm pretty sure a few years ago I read of a song written about Hector Camacho. However, in the present day, I can find no evidence of its existence.
Also, some of the songs on this list

Ha yeah, it was super annoying hearing that over and over and over again when I went to see Stuart Hall in Leeds at the end of last year. Not least because there are at least two other prominent people called Stuart Hall anyway.
As for the Hector Camacho one, I remember reading about about a JCC song that had lyrics along the lines of "showed Camacho how to be a real macho man" or something like that. Might be this one:

Muhammad Ali (Soul Invaders)
Ambling Alp (Yeasayer)
Hurricane (Bob Dylan)
Benny Kid Paret (Gil Turner)
Who Killed Davey Moore? (Bob Dylan, and various covers)

Salvador Sanchez, , Duk Koo Kim and Pancho Villa (3 songs by Sun Kil Moon)
Manos De Piedra (Los Rodriguez)

Boxers (Morrisey)
The Boxer (Carbon Leaf)
The Warriors Code (The DropKick Murphys)
Iron Mic (Sugar Ray)
John O'Reilly (Charlie Robinson, about fictional boxer I think)
Cus's Catskill Gym (The Felice Brothers)
Davey Moore (Phil Ochs)
George Foreman Grill (Rich Hall, comedy song)
The Pgulist at 69, The Eyes of Robert Duran (Tom Russell)
Fighting Man (Shunsuke Kiyokiba, a dedication song to Hozumi Hasegawa who is featured in the video. Kiyokiba and Hasegawa are close friends)
The Ballad of Benny Paret (Neil McDonald)
Another bonus is "Mike Tyson Quote Songs" it's on youtube and rather damned humorous
I also have "Stand By Me" (Muahmmad Ali) and "Sometimes When We Touch" (Manny Pacquiao), I think Oscar did an album in Spanish as well

Naseem Hamed released a song once, think it was called Walk Like a Champion or something similar.
I'm sure there'll be a clip on Youtube of him on Top of the Pops. I'm not even going to bother checking though as it was shockingly bad.

"Black Superman" circa 1975 about, of course, Ali.
The same year, actress/songbird Lola Falana wrote and performed "Ali is My Friend."
And the very same year (1975 must have been the Year of the Boxer) Dylan did release the memorable ode to the times and trial of Rubin Carter in the classic "Hurricane."
Back in the 60s, Dylan also lamented "Who Killed Davey Moore?"
