Saunders seems to be trying to convince himself and everyone else that this is the easiest fight ever whilst simultaneously preparing like it's his toughest fight ever.

Terry Dooley wrote:Technically, they can't make a bet as it's against BBBoC rules. Saunders said it will be £100,000 from the loser's purse as a charity donation. They'll have to excise the word 'bet' if they draw it up.

The Board made it clear a few years back, no betting.
Fair play.

I wouldn't of thought Eubank would have made that much yet in all of his fights.

neither can afford to lose this will be interesting to see if it get paid. I have a sneaking suspicion Eubank is going to do Saunders despite his superior pedigree.

seemed to do wonders for a Fury- Chisora fight after they shook on a hundred K bet  .

they should just shut up and get it on, as Mr Lane used to say. I blame Saunders. Didn't he say in that silly little video that he and his gang went looking for Eubank in a nightclub? If it was to say hello then fair do's I apologise, but it came across like they were not capable of not going into said venue to taunt him. Then wasn't there some incident involving some lewd conduct with him getting sent home from an international competition not long back?

I wouldnt either. Maybe it would be coming out of his purse for this fight. OR maybe his dad would pay it i dunno.

I wouldn't blame any fighter for not paying up anyway, they say things when they are hyped and have to earn it the hard way,no way would i give it away just to be the macho man :box:

Eubank was doing some lovely punching the other day on one of them wall mounted dummy type things. He possesses some great power. I started to fall into the old trap of thinking he was gonna stop Saunders (not forgetting he has a fight lined up before that apparently?).......thing is, that's fine if Saunders stands and presents a stationary target - but I don't believe he will. In fact if Saunders is any good then I think Eubank might just motivate him into a terrific performance. No way is Saunders gonna stand about getting banged up, imo. If he did he'd be toast!

Eubank didn't agree to anything. He gave a politician's none answer. Clever lad.

Saunders is just trying to get under Jnr's skin, it wouldn't surprise me if Billy Jo started talking about hypnosis nearer to the fight.

He said "I'd love to". Aren't there lots of things you'd love to do that don't happen for one reason or another? It's a non-committal answer.

I cant find a damn seating plan for the bill. Shame promoters dont insist that a plan is available for any one who wants to buy a ticket. Some people will walk away and watch on free internet channels.

He said it on national radio though with the promise of the money going to charity so he'd look like a pudendum if he didnt follow through with it.

'lovely punching'?

it was fvcking awful technique, no head movement and with each 'big hook' his free hand was below chest level

had the walkbag been hitting back he'd have been fvcked. Really bad habits he was showing, i thought it demonstrated a sloppy complacent camp

who knows maybe when he isn't trying to show off his power, he actually moves his head and protects his chin.

I originally had BJS a heavy favourite, but he seems extremely hyper and edgy with each passing day. Which a lot seem to be picking up on too.

I like BJS, he's a rough diamond with entertaining outbursts. But Eubank Jr is playing his hand well so far, very cool under the heat.

Really looking forward to seeing them settle their differences in the ring.

Has an air of Groves Degale about it.

He's been quite deliberate, his approach has evened the odds in a fight he hasn't even earned.
Hasn't earned and doesn't have the experience to win.

Saunders will take him into deep waters (for Eubank that is the 9th round) and drown him.

Don't buy the hype

Saunders.

How is it that you can be fighting Eubank Jr, and he's less annoying than you are?

His dad wouldn't pay shit. He'd pose, talk some cobblers about being a warrior of the ring, and then leave whilst everybody was wondering what the hell he was playing at.

Yeah, but he lives in Brighton. You could probably spend that much getting a cod and chips twice.

no way - chris regularly dives in the sea and comes back with a boxful of cod - apparently he chins a few sharks along the way if they bother him
