Dagenham's undefeated Commonwealth & European Champion, Nicky Cook,
Will make the first defence of his prestigious European title on Saturday the10th July at the Brentwood International Centre.

His opponent will be named at a press conference on Wednesday.

Cook who is currently 23 fights unbeaten & rated no. 7 in the world by the WBC & the WBO is one of the best young champs in the UK. Still only 24 years old promoter Jess Harding says he will be preparing for this title fight at Lanzarote

Harding said: "Cook is now becoming an immensely popular & exciting sportsman & this first defence should see 2000 people cram into the Brentwood International Centre to watch their hero continue his rise to fame and fortune.
