Hello all, I have been going to the gym for the last 3 months and my fitness has improved greatly. I was very unfit 3 months ago. At the gym, I've just been doing 45mins-1hr with no running involved. But I want to get to the stage where I can go for a jog / run, outside, for a reasonable length of time. Right now, if I even try to run I can't last for more than a minute. Do I need to keep improving my fitness? Is there any specific ways in which will help me gain the fitness and stamina to start running?

Personally I would say just run and go as far as you can . It should get easier as you go and you'll eventually have no problems running
