TWO separate reports on a car crash involving Harry Simon have concluded that Simon's vehicle was travelling between 165 and 180 kmh - more than twice the speed limit on that road - in the lane meant for oncoming traffic.
The two experts - who have compiled reports on the accident that took place on the evening of November 21 2002 - claim Simon's vehicle was travelling on the right hand side of the road and appeared to be going back towards the left hand side, when it struck a stationary vehicle waiting to turn right.
Eyewitnesses claim Simon's vehicle smashed into the vehicle as it was overtaking - at a spot where road markings prohibit overtaking.
The crash claimed the lives of three Belgian tourists visiting Namibia.
Simon is set to appear on a charge of culpable homicide on July 1.
Both experts noted that damage to the front of Simon's vehicle was concentrated to the right-front and middle-front side of the car.
The accident was the second deadly crash that Simon had been involved in in the space of 19 months.
In April 2001 another of Simon's vehicles crashed into a car outside Swakopmund.
The occupants of that vehicle - a married couple from Swakopmund - were both killed.
Simon was never prosecuted in that case.

He will get away with it aswell.

Hope he's never seen in the ring again, sounds like a reckless asshole.

Lloyd Honeyghan's dress sense is abysmal. He looks like a fat Kid Creole on nights out. Trevor Berbick is also embarrassing. I nearly laughed in his face when I saw him at a show in 1990. That reminds me of an incident in 1987 when Gary Stretch made his way to the ring at York Hall in a nothing fight with Winston Wray. He swaggered down the aisle surroundered by a load of St Helens 'yes men' and one of my mates screamed at the top of his voice spontaneously: "look at the posers!" Stretch and all his poncey mates stopped and looked at him - just like in that Englebert Humperdinck advert.
It was a classic.
