Great news guys Adam Bingham aka bingo back in full training from his damaged ribs his first portacall was a all ya can eat buffet at taybarns. he was last seen at the grapefruit counter with 4 sausage and a couple slices of well done bacon hangin out of his back pocket come on son it's only 3 week today till the big day on the other hand av just seen Ryan Poulter aka potter running up Jenkins hill at a very fast pace with a bag of weights on his back fair play potter and the new!!!!
