:OhYes: I wish I had that sort of mental make up; he is very resilient and skilled at maintaining his self esteem.

He's in denial. He gets quite snappy at one point. He would be so much better just accepting it but keeping is self esteem in tact by proving himself in the ring.

Bizarre. I always liked Groves. And despite results, I don't think that Froch is necessarily better than him, Carl just has the much better chin.

Maybe George is on it here???!

I can see why you'd think that. Definitely faster hands and feet but much less of a chin and stamina seems way off Carl's. The fact that people are still debating it after 2 stoppage defeats (1 debatable) is exactly what Groves wants I suppose.

Anyone else think Groves looks a bit high in that video? :o

Well yes, having a good chin is a very important boxing attribute!

But I can't imagine seven Groves thinks the public's really interested in a 3rd fight. Actually I would be interested, certainly more than watching Clev-Bellew; but I'm fairly sure im in a massive minority.

Yeah, I agreed and said that in my post! He looks arrogant, distracted, uninterested, unfocused and is talking shit.....

Typical signs of yeyo intoxication

I'm all for self belief, and I think the first was stopped too soon, but how was the second in lucky? Okay it was getting closer and George looked to do be doing better as the fight was going on after a poor start but he got stopped, heavy. There was nothing lucky about it.

Im wondering if he means what he's saying actually or it's another Clever strategy from Groves to goad a reaction out of Froch and get him to fight him again because of wanting to shut his mouth for good. I dont think Froch will go for it but I think it might be a strategy versus George actually thinking that on reviewing it.

I don't know, George clearly made a mistake when he threw so perhaps not.

Those two fights with Froch took a lot out of him, which was plain to see against Rebrasse. He had no speed or power and really laboured. He was also easy to read and hit too.

Throw in the regression under Fitzpatrick and suddenly he wouldn't be nailed on to even beat Anthony Dirrell.

He is so cocksure of beating Dirrell and Degale , that losing has never crossed his mind , like its a mere formality - but there's every chance he could lose against them.

Do you think that was due to the fights with Carl that performance or just trying a new approach under Fitzpatrick? I wasnt sure to be honest but he didnt look great at all.

Kug "On paper it still says he beat you twice"

No Kug, on canvas, between ropes, with gloves, on telly, in a stadium he lost. Not technically 'on paper', fkking smashed into next year.

Kugan is so desperate to be everyone's best mate that sometimes he seems scared to tell it like it is, this is another example of this

id much rather see Degale v Groves

Degale actually deserves a rematch.

ive no interest in seeing Groves V Froch a 3rd time, maybe if it was one a piece but it isnt

I would pay to watch froch v groves 3 no problem

I also think the degale will end up as the best of the lot

sound mad now but I think he has the best natural ability of the three of them

Froch Groves III would not get my money. The only way Groves can change the outcome is if Froch can't be bothered.

I agree with the DeGale Groves re-match though. Don't think it's worthy of a ppv and i also think DeGale wins this time. If it happened and DeGale was a belt holder and Groves could get back on track again, the 3rd fight could possibly be ppv.

Or possibly Degale (IBF Champ) V Groves (WBC Champ) - the rematch, would be worthy of PPV.
