Is Mayweather the WBC belt holder still at 154? If so- good luck getting a shot.

Carson Jones is made for Brian.
He has had a tough career but if he comes well prepared he is still young enough to cause Brian a few problems.
Cant see anything other than a comfortable UD albeit a good test.

Its a good fight. Lets not pretend Brian Rose is Kovalev. I quite fancy Jones to win

It's a cynical match up, if it comes off it will be target practice for Rose. Carson is a brave man and I'll be a shame seeing him get broken down by a bigger man with a strong jab. I was pleased he'd retired, he took some hammer v Brook 2.

How is anyone like this 'target practice' for someone as limited as Rose? Unless I've missed something, how has Jones got so shot between Brook II and now?

Jones got a going over by Brook and retired afterward. Rose is a division bigger, has a good stature and can potshot decent level lightmiddles with his jab. You may see the bout in different terms Riddick, I just see a smaller man, just out of retirement getting a boxing lesson a long way from home.

Done quite well for someone so limited riddick, Central area English, British holder outright WBO intercontinental #1 in GB fought as mandatory challenger in the states although well beaten by a superb champion.. You must be a fornicating superstar son

I would never diss a mandatory challenger. Well said Adam.

Oh yeah, the old 'You have to be a professional boxer to criticise'. Thanks for reminding me about that, I must have forgotten for a moment. Carry on.
