He seemed about 2" shorter than Otake at the weigh in which was odd considering boxrec has Quigg as the taller man by 0.5". Is Quigg 5'8" as listed or do we have to rethink that? Accepting it would put Otake at 5'10", freakish for a Super Bantamweight and relatively hard to believe.

I would agree with this. Munroe and Quigg looked almost identical in height. Munroe is 5ft 6 1/2.

I also think Frampton is shorter than his listed height of 5ft 5. He is around 5ft 3 1/2.

quigg wears high heels at weekends, so it depends when he is measured I guess.
