I noticed that Paul Smith mentioned this briefly during the live weigh ins today. Some might say that they are merely hyping up a future rematch but I genuinely think they hate each other

I used to really dislike Degale and wanted Groves to beat him before the fight in the pro's- now it's the other way round.

Would you say that you are quite gullible to hype?

Not at all. In fact I spot hype quite easily. I have socialised with both Degale and Groves so I am aware of their genuine hatred. It is unlike the fake hatred between Bellew and Cleverly. Plus the scuffle was away from the cameras

It must burn DeGale, went to the Olympics, gold medal-but earned sweet FA as a pro, whereas Groves, arguably the less talented has had two shots at Froch and made enough to chill out for the rest of his days....Thats gotta hurt.

Ive warmed to DeGale since the loss to Groves,i remember seeing him booed on his debut and thought it was pretty bad ,he was bordering on confident/cocky but i liked him,then in the build up to his fight with George i just lost all respect for him,he was cruel to Groves and went below the belt a few times in interviews and i actually felt sorry on Groves a bit,James was the "star" and the olympic gold medalist trying to belittle the "ugly ginger kid",so i was chuffed when Degale lost

But after a wee hiatus and going with Hennessey he seemed a bit more humble and focused when he returned,he should have already challenged for a world title by now,i cant see Joshua not having fought for a world title by 2019,unless he's been sparked out before then

If Degale's stamina is no longer a problem and he stays injury free then he'll be able to mix it with the best,he does need momentum though

Degale, I would of thought would have cashed in when he turned pro Olympic gold medal millions?? I don't know?? but hundreds of thousands yes probably? and the cash he has earnt since then he must be worth a fair bit?

I like both Degale and groves I find them both pretty funny guys, especially when they give it the big one running up to fights.

Groves is probably the most articulate boxer in the country,he might seem a bit deluded when it comes to Froch but he's confident in his own ability and i reckon he'll be one of those fighters who doesnt struggle to get back to winning ways after defeats,very self assured and i hate fighters who just bad mouth for the sake of it and repeat cliche's,he's a bright lad and knows where he wants to go and what way he wants to go there

Has to be careful he doesnt let Froch consume him,i hate fighters who constantly harp on about 1 certain opponent,seems desperate
