was wondering why there are ever hardly any posts on here concerning his boxing career.
BTW Was he interviewed in that new book THE FIGHTING MEN OF LONDON?
He was from London too wasnt he?

The reason I had arsked
was because I was watching a DVD last evening
A STUDY IN TERROR(1965),
(which BTW is one of the better Sherlock Holmes movies ever made)
He has a couple of scenes in it as "Chunky" the butcher.
(and lookin a lot lot actor Val Kilmer IMOP)
Barbara Windsor says to em'Dont let that knife slip".
BTW he had a great tan for someone who was suppose to be a resident of Whitechapel in 1888.
looks like he may have just came back from Holiday in Ibiza or somewhere near.

I think I had seen him more in movies then in fights.
He played the hunchback in the 1967 film THE FEARLESS VAMPIRE KILLERS.
(btw one of the better vampire movies ever too)
