Lord no disrespect, and yes I am a grammar pedant; but decisioned DECISIONED... past tense. 'Decisions' is present tense. so means current time period, or, at a push the future..... sorry! :P :geek2:

It's a real Americanism way of speaking to say xxxxx beats xxxxx Friday, as if its a prediction. when actually they mean it's already happened... not a biggie, I'm just a an English pedant (eccentric.) :-))
