I think Pacquiao is a pretty big favourite at this stage to outwork the aged Mayweather in a rather uneventful 12-rounder. Mayweather will make Pacquiao looks stupid at times coming in and will find himself clinching for on at times when backed up against the ropes from Pacquiao onslaughts.

Beating Floyd at this point though wouldn't even be among Pacquiao's best wins, shame the fight never got made when both guys were at least only just starting to slide.

What fights he didn't take? Was he offered a Contract like Manny was with Floyd? If there was no contract then there was no legit offer. The same can be said about Manny if you want to be fair.

If you're so called the driver and at the top of the sport, why would anyone make him an offer? And his answer to that would be "I'm my own boss" He had many opportunities to fight many guys like Margarito, Johnston, Casamayor, Pacquaio, Thurman, Lara and Williams but "Oh, he would've beaten that guy so why should he"

Floyd vs Manny is so big that generic "rules" don't apply. If both fighters were pushing for the fight to happen, Haymon, Showtime, HBO, Arum would find a way to make it happen or face consequences of a fighter leaving them.

It's because Manny is the so called "Good Guy" and he is humble and people like him so they'd rather not face the truth even though the evidence is all around them to support him being shielded by Arum and him being allowed to turn down millions of dollars to face Floyd without being called a Duck.

If Floyd turned down half of what was offered on a contract to Manny (remember the 50-50 deal, http://sports.yahoo.com/news/boxing--fl ... fight.html ) he'd be called worse than what he is now.

Floyd makes himself the Villain, easy to hate, diarrhea of the mouth, wife beater and he's black (many people hate him just because of that) so they have no problem uttering any words about him no matter how untrue they may be.

I hate Floyd's persona outside the ring and his stupid antics of flashing cash and bragging but there's no denying what he does when he is in the ring. He reminds me of how I felt about Dennis Rodman when the Bulls where on a tear, I couldn't stand Rodman's antics/behavior outside of the court but once he stepped on it he was a beast out there.

Manny is just being protected by Arum so that he can continue to milk him for all he's worth, it's just too bad that Pacquiao is just too dumb and stupid to realize that he could be making so much more money without him than he can with him.

• Shawn Porter=lost his belt
• Keith Thurman-never had a title/belt or beaten anyone to deserve it yet because people like Manny are afraid to fight him.
• Robert Guerrero-earned it by beating a titleholder
• Amir Khan-hasn't beaten anyone and hasn't earned it nor did he have a title at 147
• Devon Alexander-lost his belt to Porter
• Luis Collazo-be real, he lost to Khan
• Andre Berto-lost to Guerrero who Floyd beat easily
• Paulie Malignaggi-lost to Porter
• Danny Garcia-is too afraid to even mention Floyd's name
• Lucas Matthysse-haha, Danny Garcia beat him
• Lamont Peterson-was KO'd by Matthsse and hasn't earned it
• Adrien Broner-lost to Maidana who Floyd beat twice
• Austin Trout-lost to Canelo who FLoyd beat easily
• Jermell Charlo-a Contender who hasn't beaten a champion yet and hasn't earned it

Good excuse. Arum is doing his best to keep Manny from facing any of them, why is that? The last time Arum met with Haymon he walked out of the meeting making unrealistic demands and killing all chances of any fights with Haymon fighters.

Let's put the blame where it belongs, stop saying that Floyd doesn't want Manny and Manny doesn't want Floyd because by now it should be clear that Arum is blocking these fights just as Ariza stated.
