Just trying to gauge how big this saturdays bill is. Im really looking forward to it, mainly for the Eubank Jr v BJS fight but also the Chisora v Fury fight they arent often in a boring. The Gavin v Skeet and Sykes v Walsh fights are also great match ups.

Up there with the best in recent years,no mismatches from the ones you mentioned

I'm watching it ! I'm even taking a Saturday night off work, ( I only do that for big shows )

Group of 10-15 get together for the big fights. Range of interest in boxing amongst us.

We've done the Froch/Kessler, the Froch/groves twice, and also the haye/fury fight that was called off first time.

This time we had the choice of last Saturday or this Saturday, and peoples interest was all about the two fights headlining this Saturday so I'll have a housefull.

Looking forward to it.

Sounds great,i cant do the housefull's any more,not at mine and especially not elsewhere,i end up missing it plus i look like a twat sitting with my wee notepad scoring the fights

The problem is i like boxing more than anyone i pal about with,they like to see Hatton,Froch,Tyson etc and even when they do watch them fight they still barely watch a round and if im watching elsewhere i need to plead for them to keep the undercard on

Nah lesson's learned in time,i dont even like drinking watching fights now

100% watching it, really looking forward to it. On paper it's shaping up to be bill of the year. Probably won't be as good as I'm hoping, but it surely can't be worse than pile of sh!t Matchroom just put on & tried to charge 17 quid for.

You can get apps to do the scoring on now, then write it into the notepad afterwards, or type it into excel, easier to look back at later on.

Im not the most capable when it comes to technology expe,i had a tenner tesco phone until my dad gave me his blackberry a few months back,i dont even know how to take a photo with it,apps are no-no,got my 1st computer 3 years ago and ive been on about the same 5 sites

Im a pretty good texter though :)

I'll be watching, it's one not to be missed...anything could happen.

Terrible timing for me as I'm away this weekend with zero chance of seeing this excellent card.

It's going to be quite a feat to try and avoid the results until Monday evening but going to give it my best shot.

I'll be watching. Not sure why any boxing fan wouldn't try and take the show in one way or another.

Yeah i use excel a lot, i hate the fookin thing.

I stream most fights through my computer, open excel up at the end of each round and put the score in, use one of the functions to add the scores up for me. Main benefit is that I can find old scorecards easily, I'm sad enough to arrange them into folders, so I can check how I scored a fight later on. Lost all my documents in February/March last year because of a virus, so I lost 18 months worth of scorecards, but I've got everything since then saved.

I think Bunny must have the heavy's around all the fighters doors under strict orders to "break their fackin legs" if anyone even thinks about pulling out

It is pretty handy to keep your old scorecards,been a few times ive had to go through them when posting something months down the line

Hmmm, you've got me thinking now...a good way of doing it might be to set the font colour to match the background colour whilst scoring, so you'd be less likely to add as you go or let previous rounds influence your decision...I might give it a crack this weekend actually.

Really looking forward to this weekends show. Will have my Dad and brother round. I'll stay up for the Beltran vs Crawford card too. Great night of action!

What about Sykes/Walsh mate, are you on the fence?

I'd forgotten about that one Barry; I like Sykes, he is always in fantastic condition, is as game as a badger and is a very tidy boxer. I don't think Walsh will catch him like Buckland did so I've got to say Gary on points in a fight with about a million punches thrown.

Hopefully both men are on top form,its a great fight for both men and whoever unifies will be looking straight to European level i would have thought,

I never seen Sykes last fight against Kays when he won the British but wasnt he down early? i cant remember if the ending was premature either,maybe i dreamt that but if Gary can still keep that relelntless pace then Walsh's inactivity might become a problem

Plus im not sure how Liam is making SFW,i dont think he's fought there since Joe Murray and he's had a
few fights at LW now,i feel Walsh might be a bit better though at this stage and with a lot less wear and tear,i'll go Walsh close points but if Sykes hasnt got the engine he usually does then Liam might even stop him late on
