Technical help required

Help! Subscribed on iPad for tonight's fights, watched the first two and a half fights no problem, then the simplestream page shut me out and shows a 404 not found message. I can't figure out how to get the stream back and no FAQ section available on the website due to traffic. Grateful for any advice.

Shut down your iPad (ie hold the top right butter down) start up, and try again

Reading the reviews on the Google play store the web app is atrocious for live streams
