Interesting points that affected the show. Seems forgers sold duplicate tickets and passes.

"There was some forgeries in there, some of the stuff Ive seen like printing double tickets - let's get real - why would I want such aggrevation on the night, people get rejected from their seats? They were good forgeries. " said the promoter.

"Eventim will deal with that, and was we get their report we will then deal with it."

Decent interview. Wish IFL had actually said they were doing this and could of compiled a better list of complaints.
The tickets looked like something from a school play so that's totally his problem.

On behalf of Warren. It's up to him to make sure they're doing it properly. Sub contracted work is still the responsibility of the main contractor.

I was there and I would say the venue and security were more at fault than him. People walking from one side of the arena to ask where the toilets are to be sent to the opposite side after being sent up there by other security and following the signs to the bar/toilet that were actually shut.

Eventim are a huge company, it's in no way Fwanks fault if they fvcked up. What else do you want him to do! Taste everyone's drinks to make sure they are getting the correct measures?

The Romanians and Bulgarians outside selling the photocopies are ultimately to blame.

I'm not sure what you guys are struggling to comprehend here.

Come on give the guy a break, the Promoter is just learning the game - it's not as if he has put on thousands of shows before.

Also, hopefully he will "toughen up" a little bit in his business dealings - he should ensure that his sub-contractors deliver what they have said they will deliver, and will hopefully ensure that he receives value for money before making payment.

I am more puzzled by this part of the interview where he says this about Chisora,

"…..look at the heavyweight division, he has beaten a lot of guys in the top ten already, you know he has beaten some rated fighters….."

Then of course he talks about the great bill of boxing and how everyone loved it and were satisfied. Is he on drugs, deluded or just totally oblivious to reality?

Glad I kept my ticket now. An absolute piece of piss to forge. I could do one myself on a laser printer in about half an hour.

There are no security measures on it. A couple of barcodes and a dot matrix numberbox which doesn't mean anything unless it is scanned, and even then, it wouldn't identify a forgery, only if a duplicate had been made.

There were a bunch of people sat in front of me, one of which asked if I wanted to swap seats/tickets with them. One chap offered me £100. They obviously had none, or moody ones.

But no-one was really checking the tickets anyway. As Rocky Fielding said in a tweet, you show the security an empty packet of space raiders as a ticket, and you'll get in.

In the iFL TV interview, Warren was waving what looked like a ringside pass around, saying it was a £2500 VIP ticket. Were eventim responsible for producing these too? Didn't see them available on the website.

That was one of the forged tickets, available on some second hand ticket site.

Its strange because i've had tickets for an couple of FW events and they are always really good quality, the last lot had holographs and were photo quality, the print was in layers. Yet the ones i saw for this event looked like you could print them off yourself on some blue and white card.

Watch the video again. It's not a regular 'ticket' as such, it's a VIP pass. According to Warren, the one he showed wasn't even a ticket for the event? Whereabouts do you normally get VIP passes from? Do eventim sell them?

What kind of f**king idiot pays £2500 for a VIP pass from the 'secondary' ticket market? and if it wasn't actually a ticket for the event, I'm presuming they didn't actually get in? Sounds like a load of old fanny to me.

I'm more interested in what happened with the printed ones, because if eventim are responsible for selling duplicate tickets as an 'honest mistake' then I want my f**king money back. It was an awful event.

The allegedly parody Twitter has been putting out some amusing tweets to be fair.

If he hasn't figured stuff like this out after 30+ years of promoting fights, then I have no confidence in attending any of his future shows. Never paid for a werren card and never will.
