Froch and Frampton are the biggest sellers out there, after them there's Warrington, Burns, Buglioni sells loads, Saunders claimed to have sold 3.5k for last Saturday, Liam Walsh, Tony Bellew, Paul Butler, Bradley Saunders and there's plenty of others who sell a lot of tickets.

Can depend on how you define a big ticket seller, Froch has had bigger crowds than Frampton, but I wouldn't necessarily call him a bigger ticket seller, because before Kessler 2 and Groves, he wasn't filling the arena in Nottingham, then he got a couple of big fights at home and the crowds were huge, but was that because of the fight, or because it was Carl Froch fighting?

I always hear people being 'notorious big ticket sellers', people like Warrington, Buglioni and Smith.

I'm assuming they sell those tickets personally to there friends, family, fans etc. Whereas Froch and Frampton would just attract a big crowd and it wouldn't be them personally that sell the tickets

Think it was Buglioni that sold 1,200, Smith's a good ticket seller, but I don't think he sells that many, he probably did a few hundred, but I didn't hear much support for him on Saturday, although his fight was boring.

He said on his own twitter account a few week ago he'd done 900 and needed more

600?! Did he get to fight in the end? I know he was meant to be the float before the main event, but obviously that didn't happen with every fight going the distance before the main event

I genuinely think no, plenty of bandwagon jumpers at his last few fights (what the fornicate has hating man united got to do with a Ricky Burns fight on the undercard) who are in it because of the Leeds thing rather than following the fighter himself or even liking boxing.

I think Frankie Gavin would be similar (if Frank ever puts him on in Brum) he'd do thousands in Brum they'd all be up for it in their peaky blinders caps etc. But in reality even travelling short distances (Walsall and Wolverhampton) it drops to a couple of hundred at best.

Using a football club is the best way to do it! Hatton with City, Froch and Forest, Bellew and Everton, Groves and Chelsea and even Degale's now trying to associate more with Arsenal.

did he, ah fair enough thats very good numbers at that level selling. Still think theres loads of idiot bandwagon types who now go to his fights.
