Commish Notice: 4 points - PLEASE READ

1. As you may have noticed mandatory title defences are back this week. It prevents Managers from continuously taking "easy" title defences. It is only applicable to the World Titles, therefore it's business as usual for the minor titles.

2. A mando title defence will be expected 1 week out of four for each World Title - but the other three weeks a Manager may freely choose their eligible opponent to face.

3. If a World Champion decides to fight the highest ranked eligible challenger before his mando week - then the mando week will be moved back to it's next rotation.
EG. World Champ defends his WBC world title against the number one ranked challenger in Week 10, the next mando is week 11.
Seeing as he's fulfilled the requirement, regardless of the result - the WBC title will be moved to it's next rotation (Week 15).

4. World Title mandos do not affect each other and no two World titles can have their mandos on the same week, because a number one contender can't have two fights in the same week.

QUICK STATEMENT:

For our 4 World Champions; congratulations on the quartet who have become the first men to hold their titles. It is always the most difficult to win the first Title because a challenger has to consecutively face two opponents ranked in the top 16.

A replica will be sent out to the four Managers to keep forever at their stables, for becoming Original World Champions. No matter what happens hereon this season, no-one can ever take those accolades away from them. They are special award that only come around once a season.

So belts will be sent to:

A WBC Title will be sent to Mr Fist of legend.
A WBA Title will be sent to Mr Armageto.
A WBO Title will be sent to Mr Frilla.
An IBF Title will be sent to Mr Jpressier.

Keep them and enjoy them, gents. They are well deserved...

TITLE NEWS

For our 4 World Champions; Here are the eligible challengers for your World Titles:

4 Whitaker Pernell 1390.8
5 Chavez Julio Cesar 1294.5
6 Marquez Juan Manuel 277.5
13 Camacho Hector 1229.5 - fighting for the WBO Title this week.
14 Welsh Freddie 1210.6 - fighting for the IBF Title this week. ???

PLEASE NOTE: The highest ranked challenger this week is Pernell Whitaker - if a World Champion defends against him this week their mando title defense will be moved back to it's next rotation.

(Managers should be aware that they might not get the benefits of that, and they may be "doing the hard work" for someone else to take the "easier" fights)

Duran offers a shot to all he hasn't faced yet in Whitaker, Marquez, and Camacho. If nobody from that group accepts, he'll offer a shot to Welsh. After that, the shot goes to Chavez, since he is the most recently fought boxer on that list.

So first up for the shot, in no order:
Whitaker
Marquez
Camacho

You see what Armagetto has done here? He thinks by calling Pernell out at the top of his list, that he will be able to avoid facing a mandatory when the time comes. Up to his usual tricks as always.

Am I the only one who see's through his clever schemes? His reputation as "mr clean", is surely in question now.

What does Lou Ambers have to say about that?

Can Lewis and Ambers unify the minor titles yet? Both are ranked 15 or under. If yes we're calling for it, BigJuicyHog.

Otherwise we'll mull over offers from Ortiz, Castillo and de la Hoya (and anyone else) before letting y'all know by the end of today.

He's still sufferin' from the Pernell beating? Poor guy....he'll never return to his ol' self.

You are in our sights. jack needs to right the Watt wrong (don't want to fight on Scottish shores this time) and then we want to go back to the slippery eel Pernell... The cut was an inconclusive result. It was a 50-50 chess match until then.

Our only fear is that you know lightning will not strike twice.
