I'm agreeing with Tiny Acres on this one.

No way that little Floyd is beating a good big WW like Curry in his absolute pomp.

I'd favour Curry on points, although he might find it hard work, as anybody would do with Floyd.

147 has been Floyd's peak weight and the Floyd who beat guerrero,canelo and Ortiz and Mosley was at his peak.

1985 saw the last real year of currys distinguished peak.

It's fascinating and I think curry schools him.

Floyd was never peak at 147

Curry was about perfect as an aggressive counter puncher around 1985; he was razor sharp and always looking to throw a hard counter. I think both Floyd and Don were proper 15 round fighters and I think Don would land the harder shots but not drop or hurt Floyd bad, it'd be a split decision - Curry's harder and more memorable shots v Mayweathers ring generalship and jab; there would be arguments after the bout.

Nah. Curry bombs him out. Mosley nearly caught Floyd and Curry 1985 is way sharper than the sugar man was when he fought Floyd.
