Normally I'd be uncomfortable at seeing a pro fighter beating up a journalist, but as Claude Abrams is one of the most smug and arrogant men in the world (only Adam Booth surpasses him) I would happily watch another ten rounds of this

Claude is one of the most humble, selfless and generous men around. And that's from someone that actually knows him.

Ouch!! He never put the shots in to the head & winded the life out of him ha!

Sparring to the head is a no no at Wincobank - whoever is in the ring.

It is fairytale stuff, they've done wonders really. There's a video on YouTube with a young boxer in the ring singing 'red and yellow and pink and green' and he gets a round of applause from the pro boxers waiting to spar, one of them is teddy's toupee.

Or Hillsborough or Sheffield or MEN Arena's. That's part of the beauty of boxing, you get to box all over the place and see different places and experience different atmoshperes.

No, chimp, I rarely go out on an evening. I bump into Johnny from time to time, Jason too and a few friends do security at The Dome boxing shows, David Jules, Kasi Kaihou and teddy's toupee. (not as exciting as going to the shows I know - did I tell you I know one of the cleaners at the Dome as well? )
