Thoughts on who wins and whether this happens next?

I don't know who wins is the honest answer. Lee has power but I think Saunders may be the better boxer, that said i was a bit disappointed with him against Eubank even though I thought he edged home.
I'll go Saunders on points but without much conviction.

BJS is the better boxer. Lee is the puncher.
BJS on points.

So I'm guessing Lee won last night?! Not caught the fight yet, but I really fancied Korobov to put a beating on Lee. I know he's been a bit hot a cold since turning over and had a big question mark, but I've never been that impressed with Lee if I'm honest, thought it would be a fairly easy nights work for Korobov.

When you have real power you can get out of jail at any point. Really happy for the guy.
BJS v Lee will be fascinating. I will pick BJS as he has the skills not to get caught and will likely pick up rounds. But then again, BJS usually fades, will he get caught late?

Andy Lee is used to boxing at a full level above Saunders and has world class power, he'd have to be the pick though Billy Joe is coming along well and can box a disciplined bout. It'd be a good bout.

Very chuffed for Lee. And Adam Booth.
I think Saunders wins BECAUSE of the tougher than expected bout against Eubank. He knows that he needs to only focus on boxing boxing boxing now.

Up until last month I'd have picked BJS, but would now favour Lee. I've given Saunders the benefit of the doubt for a while now, but he's struggled in his last few fights; he really should have schooled Eubank Jr but the way he faded down the stretch (again) was very worrying.
Lee by late stoppage or points imo.

Do you not think he was fully focused for Eubanks?
I think he knew it would be tough and I thought he looked in best condition since turning pro.

So pleased for Lee and Booth, I think they both deserve what they achieved last night.
Just by looking at both fighters last fights then I think Lee will take it by either late stoppage (BJS has a good chin though) or a small point margin (116-112 / 115-113).
I think BJS wins the first 4 rounds with it being close - the same as BJS vs EJ and Lee vs Korobov, but then Lee starts putting the gas down at the same time BJS starts to gas.
But it will come down to whether Lee puts the gas down earlier enough whilst still having it in the tank to go twelve and whether BJS can improve his stamina and keep himself upright when Lee inevitably throws the right hook.

Wanted Lee to beat Korobov...but was not convinced he'd do it.
Not really because I thought Korobov was anything super-special but mainly because I thought Andy might have just missed his moment. Glad to be wrong; he's experienced whilst still being fresh and Booth (love him or loathe him) delivers a good gameplan and gets his fighters believing in themselves.
I think Lee must start favourite against BJS based on what he unleashed against Korobov.....and I do worry that Billy Joe is vulnerable to people coming back at him in the latter parts of fights. Ryder and Eubank both got themselves back in the frame as the fights progressed and right now, I could see Lee doing the same and applying the finish.

Lees height and reach advantage would give Billy Joe big problems .I think Lee would win on points, Saunders has a very good chin,

I think BJS activity wins it on points, Lee is the puncher but isnt busy enough to win in points IMO. BJS has the chin to take Lee's shots.
Having said that I'm a fan of Lee, hope he wins, seems like a sound fella.

Lee is the better boxer.
Lee is the bigger puncher.
I'd load up on a KO victory.

Tougher than expected against Eubank? I expected Eubank to batter him, and for all that I think Jnr let the fight go by not putting the pressure on earlier, BJS performed better than I thought he could. The beating he took in Rd 12 makes me suspect he won't make it at the top level though.

I've gone for Andy Lee,he carries serious one punch power at a certain level, and i think BJS is as that level where Lee could ko him, good chin or not.

I think the confidence lee gets from this win makes him a hard prospect for any but the top level and I dont see BJS as at that level just yet. Lee is a nightmare, tall southpaw, long arms, elbows everywhere, shots that come out of nowhere, takes a good shot.
I dont see BJS having the power to trouble Lee, and I am not sure he has the conditioning to beat him on points, so as much as I like BJS and admire his skills I saw a side to him in the Eubank/Ryder fights that indicated he was as good as he is going to get.
So overall I would lean towards lee on points or late stoppage.

Bjs put a lot of pressure on himself for the Eubank fight, he won't do that again and although I think he will start as a slight underdog against lee he will beat him on points in a good close fight !
