3 great fights imo, but the rest will probably be 6-8 rounders. Anyone know who could be added?

Hosea Burton and Marcus Morrison are both on the bill, British eliminator for Burton apparently

Sam Eggington is on the bill they tried to get him some kind of title but looks like doing an eight rounder after the guy wasnt interested

Really looking forward to Jenkins v Limond. Think Jenkins can do the job in that one and maybe surprise a few people and kick on from there. Seems to have taken him a little longer to push on from that Prizefighter win where he showed promise but probably a reflection of the level of younger guys that enter Prizefighter now.

They're decent fights, but I think it shows how bad things are that they're being called great fights, they're the sort of fights we should expect, but there's no 50-50s in there IMO. It's a decent show, but a bill like this should be standard from Matchroom and Sky, instead of being seen as something special.

I think Crolla/Abril is a close fight,with Anthony at home and Richar not being a puncher i think the gap closes,its a tall order but ive written off Crolla a few times now and he rises to the occasion,you gotta give him that,its not Rose going over to America to fight Andrade or likewise Purdy/Alexander,this is a winnable fight for Anthony,i give him more chance than i did when Burns fought Martinez

Limond/Jenkins is 50/50 IMO,Willie fought one of his best performances against Woodhouse which i didnt think he was capable of at this stage in his career,especially after his poor showing against Crolla,Chris Jenkins is having his first title fight so we wont know how he'll cope at championship level until it happens,he's been a bit hit and miss from what ive seen of him since winning Prizefighter,but stopping Connor is a good scalp and he's done 10 rounds so he's had the prep

Mitchell headlining the MEN would possibly not work too so they might change the venue to down South, and again if that happened the whole undercard might go and change. It might be they add Mitchell v Abril (if it were to go that way) to the London card and open up the entire O2. Then have this bill at a smaller venue or with limited seating at the MEN. Those are the possibilities I can think of but then I'm no promoter.

Yeah that would be an ideal scenario. Obviously the 02 is a big enough venue, and Mitchell is from London. Just a case whether it's possible with all the things that will have to be approved by so many people. I'm sure some will start going 'woahhhhh Mitchell aint ranked by the WBA' (I haven't checked the ratings) but he will be unrated based off of aligning himself with the IBF, a lot of bodies remove guys from the ratings if they hold intercontinental titles from other bodies or have final eliminators scheduled with other bodies so if he wants the WBA shot I don't see the WBA not sanctioning it as based off of his win at Wembley he deserves it.

Crolla wasn't ranked by the WBA and neither is Mitchell. So if Crolla fight could be made, no reason the Mitchell fight cant be

I just took it as read they would move any already arranged fights to the o2.
