Clutching at straws, but for Gallagher to be 'gutted' possibly means it isn't life threatening. Maybe gutted wouldn't be the word if it was ultra-serious.

Hope hes okay for his title fight. But the main thing is hes okay and healthly. Boxing can always wait.

Anthony is in a stable condition in Oldham hospital. Unfortunately the Jan 23rd fight is off but concerns right now are with Ant and family

I have tickets for this for a mates birthday. I'm gutted not just because of that but for Anthony as he is such a good guy and a good role model too. Just hop he is ok and makes a recovery would be a shame for this incident to scrap a world title fight all together.

Gutted for Crolla, he truly is one of he nice guys of the sport and gets his biggest fight all sorted in his home town and now that has to be cancelled for some scrotes. Bastards.

I hope he's at least back at home by the 25th, if that's any sort of consolation for such a horrible incident.

Looking on the bright side though, being struck to the head by concrete could have been very nasty, maybe leaving permanent injury - or even death.

I'm sure Joe and the gym will rally round him. He's paid a heavy price for doing the right thing.
