Next fight apparently against Jorge Melendez, who lost an entertaining and competitive majority decision to Javier Maciel last time out.

Solid match-up in my opinion, and according to BoxRec Khytrov is scheduled to fight 9-0-1 Aaron Coley just a month later.

Yes, Willie Fortune in fight #3 was pretty fast, and level of his fourth opponent is fine, but everything after that was a waste of time. For god's sake, the guy had like 500 amateur fights and his punch is one of the best in the division.

Show me all the guys with 8 fights & 8 wins who are fighting a guy with 30 odd fights, who's won 80% or whatever of those fights next. Show me all the guys who've fought the caliber of guys Ievgen has fought in the 8 fights he's had. Its a handful of cats. Be real man.

How many other guys do you know with 500 amateur fights and Khytrov's pop ? Fighters like that need to be moved much faster if they can handle it. They need to learn from their fights, not just increment their W and KO columns.
