If they were the same weight you would have to put your money on sands for sure, as for Da Morons comments, that's exactly what I'd expect out of a spectator that regurgitates boxing writers comments, if it hasn't been written about by someone then he has NO idea

A bit of respect for one of Australia's greatest ever fighters wouldn't go astray. But a casual fan like you wouldn't know who Dave Sands was.

Mentioning Dave Sands in the same sentence as Danny Green(Who fights weak opposition drug addicts, retired due to medical problems, hopeless fighters forced to drain weight for a bogus title etc.)is more disrespectful. Unlike you and pureist I actually watch boxing live Like a Boss I know you read Bombers assessment of Flores puts you and the rest of the Perth fanboys in your place didn't he :D you probably hate him now.
Danny Green vs Dave Sands. :shame:

Hello still not watching significant world fights and being a boxing trainer. Seen Alvarez vs Lara yet? Brook vs Porter? Hopkins vs Kovalev?

Rattled da moron, I'm not a couch potato casual like yourself, you can read all you want about boxing but at the end of the day have you ever seen a coach hired in afl of rugby that hasn't played the game, NO, there is a reason for that, there is a lot more to a sport than meets the eye, you need to play and experience to really know, and you just don't cut it, it may make you feel like a man on the surface but deep down you KNOW your really only a gimp want to be, if a poster asks a question such as sands v green, good luck to him, to say it's disrespectful, no, your first post was what I'd call disrepectful

A better comparison would be Choc vs Sands. Both skilled fighter's. Both have speed power and good footwork.
Now wouldn't that have been a great fight..... :salut:

 Next thing you will be challenging me to a fight like you did to posters at another forum when they exposed you for your lack of boxing knowledge. You are involved in the sport at a low level otherwise you would tell everybody your name you besmirch Linc Hudson yet name noone you coach. Plenty of boxing coaches that are very successful and have never boxed. You may of boxed(with little success) BUT were not very good so seek respect from strangers on a message board. Sad really and when somebody has an opinion you don't agree with play the expert asking what gives them the right to pass judgements yet you do the same with Anthony Mundine hyopcricy at it's finest. :shame:
Anyway as it's a boxing board and for now at least Im allowed to express my right for free speech I find it disrespectful that Dave Sands name is being sullied by being mentioned in the same sentence as Danny Green. No catchweights, carry over points in his era.(or DVD's to wave around saying a grazing blow to the hair could KO a man).

I love it when you strengthen my argument, your opening line says it all, I wanted to organise a sparring day, totally different to a fight, but you don't get that for the exact reason I've noted, I don't seek respect on a forum, respect has to be earned and you don't get any because all you do is sit on your fat lazy arse and commentate from the sidelines, boxing is a tough sport but funnily enough everybody seems to be an expert, why didn't you do this, why didn't you do that, yet their not the ones working all day, training after work, dedicating their lives for in most cases very little reward, very few fighters make it to a level that the are professional in every sense of the word, making a living out of it, you say low level fighters yet these people you talk about have more heart and dash than you could ever ask for, your still and always will be a disrespectful little gimp, why don't you take up something your willing to participate in like knitting, I think that would suit you to the ground gimp

Good on DA GOOSE! You can't compare Danny Green with someone from a completely different era! Green and Sands fought for different reasons! And fought a different class of opponent. People who come on to forums and proclaim that Danny Green was this great world class fighter, are kidding themselves! I respect Green as a professional fighter, and do believe had it not been for corruption against the weakest titlest in the SMW division, he would've been the WBC SMW champion. Then Mundine, or Kessler, or Clalzaghe would've wiped the floor with him for the title. Some of you Danny Green fans are delusional!

If you can't read then you should learn to, read what we are writing and you will realize your right off the mark, Da Moron is a photocopier, reads and rewrites extracts of writers articles, I don't think anyone yet has said green was anywhere near the class of sands, Da Moron is a disrespectful knob on top of that

The first question is clearly "What are your thoughts of this dream match-up?". Then gosh, if someone gives a thought that doesn't go along with the general direction of the thread... Watch out!

I can only judge on some of the shit that i read on here. Unfortunately, there are a lot of "one eyed" people on here that can't accept another persons OPINION!

No use arguing with this guy the TS said what do you think of this dream match up.? So obviously he thinks Green is near the class of Sands. Pureist was on another forum and got laughed off it commenting on fights he hadn't seen. I see you have been accused of being someone else already. Amazing.
