Floyd has three alleged positive tests (according to Thomas Hauser) and refused to show them despite requests via subpeona from Pacquiao's lawyers during the defamation suit. Instead of revealing the secret tests, Floyd suddenly settled the suit and paid Pac a monetary settlement "for far more than was expected." Floyd also apologized to Pacquiao publicly by a statement.

Meanwhile, Pacquiao has passed every single test he's taken and Malignaggi keeps accusing him of being a cheat. It's because Malignaggi is a slandering sellout, bought and paid for by Al Haymon, to discredit and defame Manny Pacquiao any way he can.

He was subpeonaed and then refused to turn over the tests. Then he immediately settled the case. Floyd looks like he's hiding those tests. Which Thomas Hauser said were the test for the fights vs. Cotto Guerrero and Mosley.

No, but I do find it strange that they said their have been requests via subpoena, as if one isn't enough. A subpoena is a court order, and you can get a contempt of court charge if you do not comply. Unless, of course, you have nothing to comply with. (No documents to show) The mysterious failed test documents would have been nice to have though.
Because they settled doesn't necessarily mean they were hiding the documents like Montrealsuper made it sound like. We can all read between the lines, but it was probably cheaper to settle than pay for a long drawn out case.

Rumors that Pac's lawyers heard about and subpoena 'ed the test results. Floyd refused to turn over the documents of those 3 tests and than immediately settled the case, after stalling and roadblocking the same case for months. This stinks to the high heavens on Floyd.

Of course the establishment would cover up Floyd using PEDs, the media did the same thing when Roy Jones tested positive in the Richard Hall fight. Boxing is a star driven sport so don't expect any major stars to go down in a PED controversy -- until they are expendable. a la Lance Armstrong.
