This might have been one of the better set of championship fights I can remember.

Montgomery might have came up short twice against duran, but a great effort both times. Duran kicked it into high gear after the point reduction and finished strong.

Gans title reign is really short lived.

The question of wether Joe Gans had TB in his prime has now been answered. Devastating KO by Ross.
