allegedly has promised to deliver Paul Spadafora or Vivian Harris to Ricky Hatton in October or, essentially, the Manchester man is going to walk. Well, the stakes have just been raised. Harris is now full WBA champ...Kostya Tszyu has just been stripped by the WBA for inactivity.

Hatton will be WBA number 1 if Cotto beats Pinto for the WBO. surely there will be no excuses for Warren to match Hatton and Harris.

Spadafora it is then. Harris is a big powerful fighter with good speed and a big right hand. I would pick Harris if he ever fights Ricky but I don't think Warren would even dream of putting Ricky in with such a dangerous fighter. Harris looked massive against Urkal. The WBA is too valuble a belt for Warren. He's smalltime and if Ricky won it he would be dealing with the big boys.

Any source for the story by the way?

Tszyu was the WBA Super Champ, so technically Harries was always the full champion. Its Mitchell who isn't.
