What happened to Kell Brook's attacker?

There was an article last autumn that said he was a fugative. Is he still on the run or has been caught and arrested?

There is more intrigue about Kell Brooks lifestyle, the truth has to be more mundane. It's been surmised that Kelly is a bisexual coke fiend who parties hard and gambles big - what's not to like? You may as well have a handful of vices.
