Will Mundine ever stop ducking Trout?

How many times is Mundine going to duck Austin Trout?
Will he ever man up and fight Trout?
There is talk the two camps are holding discussions again and that maybe this time the fight will get made?
Sounds fishy to me.

Scared of a guy that couldn't knock the froff off a coffee, after fighting a guy like Sergey Rabchenko... Only a true Danny Green fan would be retarded enough to create a thread like this! Pretty sad. Trout has done well to be in the position he is in now, just like Rabchenko. Mundine would beat Trout well.

Trout was almost filleted by Daniel Dawson who started like a house on fire and dropped Trout twice in the third round of the fight before disaster struck when they fought some months ago.
Enduring a badly torn calf muscle, a burst eardrum, a knockdown, and trailing on the scorecards, Dawson fought his way to the final bell winning the respect of the boxing world.
Trout's career trajectory in recent times has been reeled in, but I don't think he will take the bait and travel downunder.

Mundine has already ducked Trout a couple of times about 3 years ago. Trout's manager tried and tried to get a deal done and Trout held a title belt too. But Mundine didn't even turn up to the purse bid. Big no show your honour

The management teams had contract disagreements. This is why the fight didn't eventuate! Mundine wanted a rematch clause plus a few more. Yet, it was Trouts team that fucked them around. They also offered Trout probably his biggest payday to fight down under! It is common knowledge that if anyone was doing the "ducking"... It was Trout!
Now go back to asking yourself why Danny Green NEVER fought the best fighter in any division he fought in...

What on earth had Green got to do with Mundine ducking Trout?
Typical Mundine nuthugger. As soon as someone casts a negative light on your pinup boy all you can do is diss Green in an attempt to divert the discussion

That's funny, mundine came out saying that trout ducked him, then trout said mundine ducked him and offered to release all the emails of correspondence between the parties and mundine went very quiet, I also have a copy of the fist here somewhere where trout was calling Mundine out, the cover had trout saying I'm the man, Mundine is the mouse, as for Dawson coming out on fire, I think those knock downs were the only punches he landed for the bout

Bash for cash. That was in response to Danny Green fans making up ridiculous threads about fighters that are much better than their lover boy!

Oh. So a boxing magazine - that knows it will sell a shit load more copies if it has a "Mundine haters" cover - says Mundine "ducked" Trout, and you take that as gospel?... I don't suppose you think Mayweather is ducking Pacman too? The naivety!

It is pointless arguing truth and logic with a fully fledged nuthugger mate.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I'm sure that I remember Trout offering to fight out here, quite vocally.
Mundine/Team Mundine didn't bother to show up at purse bids.
WBA ordered the fight and Mundine vacated his "Interim" Title.
Of course Mundine is going to say that Trout ducked him. Name a fighter anywhere, ever that would say "Yup, you guys got me, I've been ducking this cat for years now, and I'll keep doing it cos I don't wanna lose"

It has nothing to do with ducking! Yes, Trout did say he would come out to Australia to fight Mundine. But Mundine has clearly stated that Trouts management wanted too much money! And considering that Trout was not a "name" fighter, Team Mundine weighed up the risk vs the reward and opted out. Why should Mundine, who is the main draw for any fight he has EVER had in Australia, offer Trout the obviously not worthy amount he was asking for?

That's a reasonable summary of what took place. Trout had a world title and was quite within his rights to expect a decent deal. Mundine's camp thought they'd get the benefit of a world title fight Trout could provide them with and obviously the chance of winning a world title that goes with it and reward the world champion only a small portion of the spoils.
Mundine got what he deserved. A nothing fight in the back blocks of the US with only about 250 people paying to watch. Meanwhile Trout got busy with a world fight against Canelo.

So, having said this. You have just contradicted the name of a thread you started! Classic Danny Green fan you are. Did Mundine "duck" Trout? or was it money that was the problem?...

Fact is he did. Why didn't he turn up to the purse bid?

Mundines promoter didn't bother with the purse bid because Trout wanted too much MONEY! Mundines promoters may have been fine with this had there been a few clauses put into the drafted contract. But there wasn't. So, is that all you can come up with? Pretty p#ss poor argument!

Mundine ducked Trout. It's that simple. It's what happened. As for argument. None required.
You can go on pretending it didn't happen if it makes you feel better about things. Denial is a good friend at such times.

Oh gosh. You are a sad sack. You should do your research on the said subject before making a thread about it and getting picked apart by people that actually know boxing. Go on google or something! Don't just toungue Danny Greens bum!

I may be an avid Mundine fan. But I'm certainly not stupid. I love boxing! Simple. If the name of your thread was something like, "Mundine prioritises money ahead of world titles" I would agreed to an extent. Because, although Mundine has been putting titles first for the last year or so, he has spent too much of his career building his bank account rather then forfilling his talent. But no, you come up with something retarded like, "Will Mundine ever stop ducking Trout?"...

The thread title is relevant and topical because there is talk the camps might be negotiating again right now. I just hope this time Mundine doesn't duck Trout because it's a fight some people would like to see.
