What are people's thoughts on Joyce? he's got rough edges, but he's tough and this latest win shows his desire to win. This WSB league will get Joyce loads of experience and can only do him good.
He's got a bit of the early version Foreman about him

I think he is very easy to hit and if he still wants to be able to be understood when he's 50 he should fo something about that ASAP.

Game fighter though with decent power and a good physique. So too his opponent who looked to be a clone of Wlad.

Never been too impressed with him. He's entertaining and powerful but he's also notably lacking skill-wise and aside from the crudeness evident in the fight posted he looked like a novice when he was outclassed by the much smaller Usyk.

He reminds me quite a bit of Michael Grant given his style, dimensions, athletic background, and relatively late start.

I think he started boxing at 21 to lose weight? So he is not that experienced.

I think he's gone backwards a bit.... I'm sure he looked less crude before

I don't think he will do much as a pro.

I don't know what his plans are, and i don't really understand the changes to qualify for the next olympics, so he may go pro or wait for Rio and get paid a decent living in the Am's.

I would stay in the am's if i was him. The pro's just seem to muck the heavies around

He's very stiff & robotic with no head movement but is big strong, fit & bangs! I'd say he'd make an exciting pro to watch

Possibly, but will get chinned as well, hence my not doing much comment.

i saw the name Joyce, and expected to see a video of an angry man in a tanktop challenging allcomers on the cobbles where no man born of his mother could beat him

That's 'Big' Joe Joyce, who's considerably smaller than plain Joe Joyce.

I like him, as mentioned, easy to hit but he comes to fight. He has some good wins. I think he would make a cracking pro, would be good value for money.

From what I understand, he's aiming for the Olympics. I had someone involved tell me he's not wanting to go pro. But things change; especially if you get the gold medal an millions on offer.

I remember there was a concern about his facial injuries; I believe Joe had an accident as a youngster and resulted in some facial injuries. It's funny, if he stared at you, you would sh1t your pants but he's a lovely guy.

Anyway l think the WSB has showed those injuries won't be a problem if he goes pro.
