Glazkov remains #6
Cunningham drops out.
Excluding his win over Mansour he has proven to be competitive but not outstanding at heavyweight.
Arreola down to #13

Cunningham - Up to No. 8
Glazkov - Down to No. 10
Arreola - Out
Cunningham deserved the win in my opinion.

Did those voting Cunningham down or out think that Glazkov deserved the win?

This was a BS win, so I'd just drop Cunningham by 1 considering Arreola pounded-out a victory. Glaskov and Cunningham may have "Compelling Stories," but neither can break an egg.

Have we had a vote on Arreola?

Taking into account judges' opinion, we should treat it as a draw and leave them where they were.

Nope, I didn't realise he had fought. I'll add a topic for his fight. Everyone, please edit your votes to include a vote for the Arreola fight.

Arreola is on the list at 12. And he just had an unimpressive win.

I'd keep everything the way they are,
Arreola should not be rewarded for beating club drivers (like the WBC do with him)
Glazkov and cunnigngham should keep their positions
Mariusz wach and erkan teper won but they remain unranked

My vote: Glazkov down to #10, Cunningham up to #8.
My vote: Arreola down to #13, Harper remains unranked.
Cunningham beat Glazkov last night. Anyone who didn't see the fight and is going by the crooked official result probably shouldn't be voting at all. I am disgusted by anyone who would punish Cunningham for being robbed by moving him down or holding him steady. In what world does the actual winner of a boxing match have to get ranked below the loser just because the judges took a bribe?

I see your point on Arreola, but isn't beating a "club driver" better than not fighting at all?

Cunningham up to #9, Glazkov down to #11 (don't know who Glazkov is sleeping with to get judged so generously, but he's clearly lost at least twice now.)
Arreola out (injury or not, Arreola was getting hit flush far, far too often. Imagine what a Parker, Joshua, H Fury, Browne or Ruiz would've done to a guy like Harper).

A fighter should not move-up 1 rank each time they beat a... "club driver". In that case, Povetkin would be one win against a "club driver" away from overtaking Wladimir's top spot. You move up one or more spots whenever you actually do enough to outshine the guys that you are passing.

I'm not saying you should move up everytime you get a win against anybody. But if you beat a guy ranked 89th you're outshining a guy who did absolutely nothing. Inactivity should be penalized.

Cunningham isn't inactive though and he is better than Arreola.

inactivity is punished by being removed for no fight in 12 months so that answers your query.

I generally like activity over no activity, but I think Arreola should be lowered due to how badly he struggled against a very limited opponent; he looked shot to me.
Cunningham up to #8
Glazkov down to #11
Arreola out
Harper unranked
Although he's not up for voting despite a recent fight, I think Erkan Teper is close to cracking the top 15, while up and comers like Parker and Joshua may be suitable for a position soon given who is in the lower parts of the rankings.

I also think he's better than Arreola and has beaten better fighters more recently. I didn't make the list.

Sure but activity gains points. Boxrec has Harper now at 100.

only cos he gained points from close fight, as arreala lost points, nothign to do with activity
