I read on BS today that even Arum agrees with Floyd, and said what Koncz is trying to do doesn't make any sense. Maybe Ellerbe is right that Koncz just isn't the brightest candle on the cake.

I posted a youtube of it in fergus's thread, along with the reason why Koncz is being an idiot. And there are other factors as well.

Look at all the press he has gotten. Some folks are going to actually think this is a drug testing issue, when in fact it is just spin to take some of the PED spotlight off of Manny and make Floyd look like the hypocrite we all know Pac is.

SOP for Top Rank when it comes to Floyd, and apparently making the fight hasn't changed that any.

Is Koncz trying to enforce damage limitation measures? If Manny wins but is subsequently found to be "dirty", I guarantee that Floyd would want far more than $5m in compensation for his tarnished record.

Or vice versa.
The one who would test dirty would lose tens of millions of dollars.
Have the career ended in disgrace and be a freaking laughing stock.
5 million is a joke after these guys pay on this fight.It would be like tipping at a restaurant to you or me.
