FIGHT PLANS FOR BOTH TO WIN

Manny-he needs to focus on the body attack but everything he needs to do should or has to come off behind a double jab after a feint, he will not win a boxing match skill for skill. He must cut off the ring and use his right hook whenever Floyd steps in because that will put Mayweather in range and it is the same punch that Judah knocked Floyd down with though it wasn't called that way. Pacquiao needs to be the aggressor throughout the fight, he cannot allow Mayweather to become too overconfident against him, catch him cold at the beginning of the fight and overwhelm him.

He needs to keep Floyd moving to his left and he need to mix the angles of his attack changing them constantly to keep Floyd off rhythm and not allowing himself to be timed, he needs to ensure he keeps Mayweather guessing as to what he will do next, the minute he becomes predictable that is the minute that Floyd takes over and dominate.

Floyd-needs to anticipate the fact that Roach has been studying him and working a gameplan for him for several years now and recently several weeks and Roach knows that Floyd is a slow starter so an overwhelming attack by Manny should come as no surprise to him. Mayweather must use his straight jab to the body but he must not linger out> (leaving his arm out there too long and get caught pulling it back) because Manny's right hook can catch him just as Zab did. Mayweather often makes the mistake of going straight back when someone is in pursuit of him and usually he is fast enough to catch them with punches as they come forward against him but Pacquiao is faster than anyone he has faced and can cover and close that distance rather quickly so it is possible that he gets caught doing that as well but as long as Money remembers to exit out in angles then he can avoid the attack.

Floyd's straight right behind that stick to the body should be the key to getting this done but he cannot allow himself to be timed, he has to do everything off-rhythm because Manny and Roach will be ready for many of Floyd's tricks, as long as May doesn't allow himself to be placed on the ropes and cut off from moving laterally once he's on them then he should be able to use his reach and superior boxing skills to time and feint Manny into walking into the traps he will be setting.

It all boils down to who has the better execution of their plan, neither man can take breaks or lose focus; once either allows frustration to set in then it will be a long and punishing night. Defense will not be the key for either man because should either become that way then it is likely that they will get picked apart by the other, Floyd tends to focus on being defense-minded so expect him to initiate clinches if he is cut off and his back is on the ropes.

It should be a great fight either way but it all depends on whether or not Mayweather lands his straight rights and or Manny lands his right hooks.

Give us your plans for either to win please.
Thanks

I would be impressed if someone came up with a plan whereby Floyd & Manny could both win.

Found this.

Don't agree with all of it but a lot of good points raised.

I think it is all going to come down to which guy can keep the other on his back foot or punching too soon/from too far away.

And who controls the pace.

I don't believe that any of us will nail what plans either will do, all we can do is speculate. I've read their take and some of it seems in concert with what I'm suggesting so we all just have to wait and see but it would be nice to see how others projecting what either needs to do in order to win.
