Chin Up Bars suitable for bedrooms?

New to this forum, so hey.
In need of some advice... I'm keen to get a chin up bar in my room, however, my house walls are quite hollow and are certainly not made of brick like some older houses. I found this chin up bar here https://www.boxfituk.com/exigo-multi-gr ... ing-bar.ir that looks quite nice. Just worried it's going to tear down the wall. I could place it down in the garage where there are brick walls, but there isn't much room down there. Has anyone tried this before?
