I remember him. Amazing amateur, I think held the record for amateur titles until taken by Christie? Great Junior but I dont think he had a senior career or not a very long one. I was really sad to hear of his passing as he was one of those great enigmas of my day as had everything, but then (I think following a loss) disapeared from the scene quickly.
