Correct weights

Seeing at how it looks as though frankie gavin will soon be fighting kel brook, and noticing that the general consensus is that brook will be too big and too strong - it got me thinking how in my opinion quite a few british boxers could well be fighting at the wrong weight, for example:
I feel gavin should compete at lww, billy joe Saunders at Lmw, and Paul smith at mw, to name but a few. Any thoughts?
