..jeez..do you have any idea how long this would take? I have the information but I also have a life. Tomato Can has the same reference book i do and he is a softie. if you can get him to start a list, maybe i'll add to it. i think with both of us making the entries we could get finished by Christmas. to save us both the trouble, see if you can find the RING RECORD BOOK AND BOXING ENCLOPEDIA, edited by bert randolph sugar, and covers all champions up through december 31, 1980. published by athenium new york. this may be difficult but not as hard as having me or the tomato one doing the research for you.

Ok, but I would ask you the tale of the tape of every World Middleweight Champions except the some champions already been seen on their records. Instead of asking for any of you guys about how tall they are, I would ask for their arms of their reach, except the few, because I knew how tall they are already. Ok, I would like to know how long are Rocky Graziano's, Marcel Cerdan's, Tony Zale's, Randy Turpin's, Carl" Bobo" Olson's, and Gene Fullmer's arms in reach, please.

At least Kovit is adding a little variety to his usual line of questioning - that switch from "standing in height" to "arms of reach" really caught me off guard. I'm going to need some delays of time to recover from the rudenesses of shock I've just experienced.

kovit..the best i can do is tell you that all of the middleweight champions were well over three feet tall. suggest you try to find out who their tailors were for the other information you need.

oops..almost forgot. when they fought title fights they were all 160 pounds or under.

No, when they weighed in for title fights they were all 160 pounds or
under. I would like to know how much were gaining in mass the great
middleweight champions between the time of weigh-in and the fight.
Please find out and help me out.

...and i just checked and found that billy papke's reach was from his armpit to the end of his fingertips. this was probably true of his other arm too.

Does he mean that we are supposed to provide Bob Fitzsimmons with all this information first, and then him?
