Angry Jose Luis Castillo pulls out of upcoming tournament.

JLC angered at GBP's ineptness to effectively manage and guide his stablemate Pernell Whitaker, has announced today that he is pulling out of the upcoming tournament.
He had no further comment.

I didnt know he was in, I didnt see him registered so that is one of the reasons Camacho called him out
