If he wins it then fair play to him, would of reached full potential for the lad

Ive seen alot of hunt and never been that impressed by him. Fair play if he wins tonight but not seen mason fight b4. Been told his a tidy boxer no power. Pearce v unsworth looks the pick of the fights with their come forward styles.

Great show pearce v unsworth was a cracker non stop action til unsworth was pulled out with a bad cut after round 6 (i think ). Well done to hunt on beating mason in a scrappy fight. Hunt dropped mason in 4th and looked like mason was ready to go in the 7th but he came back well and last few rounds were close both landing big shots. Hunt 96-93. Im told that the rematch looks on hunt v pearce 2.

Really good night of boxing as Maley says Pearce v Unsworth was an action packed fight. Thought Pearce did well, bullied Unsworth round the ring at times. Unsworths face looked a mess and was pulled out at the end of the 6th.

Hunt / Mason got a bit scrappy at times but was also a good competitive fight. Thought at times Masons work looked the cleaner but Hunt also landed some quality shots and out worked him for much of the fight. The knockdown in the 4th was a big factor. Can't argue with the scores really close competitive fight but Hunt clear winner.

Its great what decent well matched fights can do, I had a couple of lads with me who aren't that into their boxing but came along and really enjoyed the night especially the two main fights. Both talking about coming to the Civic show with me in June :TU:
