In my view he should stay as busy as he can over a sustained period, as I think this offers him the best chance of exploiting Mayweather's relatively low output while giving the judges a reason, though admittedly a questionable one, to score rounds for him even if his accuracy is poor; fighters who win rounds against Mayweather mainly do so by outworking him, not by being more accurate or intelligent than him. I think Manny will have significantly less success if he tries to win on patience and precision, as those are Mayweather's fortes and I don't think he's been outboxed or outfoxed as a pro.

Of course Manny could still take the approach I've prescribed AND be surprisingly accurate, but for him I think the focus should be on volume.
