I attended this today and was fortunate to bump into Eric Morales, Julio Cesaer Chavez and Johnny Nelson. Chavez is a scary man!!!! Johnny was tops! absolutely top bloke.

Despite a good turnout it was quite low key and basic compared to Mayweathers. i think his fans were very nervous about this fight. Manny seems so chilled and confident, it worries me slightly!

Mayweather sounded like he had a bad throat, not trying to start rumours as I'm sure it was just tiredness, but he was definitely crokey!! This was a much bigger event, and Money didn't just appear from behind a curtain but actually drove in, in his A-Team style van with TMT plastered all over it. His team put on a good show!

Lets get it on!! :box:

A fighter that has busted his nut in training, is often run down the week of the fight.

I've seen a few that look terrible during fight week, as they tail off from the graft. But they rest up and recover super fast and are good to go on fight night.

Love your enthusiasm mate. Out of interest, when you say Chavez is scary, could you expand? When you saw him did you shout 'el gran campeon mexicano' and drop to your knees touching your head to the ground like your name was Ali and you were stood in front of allah himself? If not, fair play I can see why he was a bit shirty with you.

hahaha
I was literally 2 yards from him as i had a good spot but queue'd ultra early for it. He was just the other side of the rope in the press area and i kept trying to make eye contact so i could get a picture with him, he acknowledged me for acknowledging him, but i mean he had those eyes, you know them crazy eyes that say don't F£ck with me. I got a good pic of him standing alone, but i didn't pluck up the courage to ask for a photo. Ed Robinson did, but he was obviously the other side of the rope with the in-crowd!!

HoS - Johnny Nelson sometimes gets stick on here, but what a top bloke. I know he fancies Pacman to win but asked him again anyway, and he replied.. you know i think Pacquiao, i think he's gonna do it!

Pacquiao was so confident, he even said to the crowd, don't be nervous I'm so confident (100%), i will win on Saturday. I mean, he made was so convincing that it was unconvincing if that makes sense!!

Good point well made also you'd imagine Flloyd has done considerably more of the talking in the build up.
