Thats interesting. I wonder what that means.

Probably WBC will make Khan v Algiery a title fight now lol.

WBA is Thurman.

Arums boys will fight for WBO.

Canelo also might get his hand on something if he stays in JMW division.

• WBC & WBA “super” world light middleweight championships
• WBO, WBC & WBA “super” world welterweight titles

That’s five belts that are up for grabs, which begs the obvious questions:
• Who’s going to challenge for the vacant titles? Al Haymon's PBC guys?
• Is Floyd retiring or will his so-called “final” bout be for Al Haymon’s PBC world title, which would give that company some prestige?

By the way, Manny claims he doesn't want to make excuses for his poor performance, but his team have constantly laboured over the fact that he had a shoulder injury. Pacquiao also maintains that he thought he won the fight! :o
I don't know who is going to get the belts but I am very glad to see Floyd is shutting out all of the abc orgs.

Floyd is bigger than all those stupid belts anyway.

He could dump them all at his local recycling centre & he'll still be world champion & number one p4p as long as he's walking the Earth & not retired.

so no sanctioning fees.

Seems smart. He needs no belts.

He needs no sanctioning fees to take money from his purses.

However, contradictory to this claim, the NSAC chairman said that his organisation wasn't told of Manny's injury.

So what's going on?

They are simply LYING!! This is exactly what I expected of Roach and especially of Manny's fans, they will look for any BS reason (or INVENT one, as they have done here) to give an EXCUSE for Pacquiao outright LOSING this fight.

PATHETIC, they are about as SORE a LOSER as is that crybaby Jean Claude Van Damme.

I thought Pacquiao could do better, and i've been pretty disappointed. What is shocking to me, is how he behaves... from humble guy, to sore loser? Its not Mayweathers fault if he had a injury, and the first two rounds weren't better than the others. He talked about running like everyone else did. Why didn't he knock him out? Or outland him? What did Manny expect? Floyd not to run?

It's funny how the term running is used when people reference how Floyd moved in the fight but when he was coming forward it was Manny in retreat and they don't call that running.

The double standard still exists for Floyd but not for Manny even though Mayweather won that fight easily.

Its not only Floyd, its also Rigondeaux, Ward, and others.

People don't understand that BOXING is "hit & not getting hit". And not "who gets knocked out". What did Team Pacquiao expect? He did what he had to do, Pacquiao didn't. A) He failed to knock him out - no surprise

He talks about running, but he doesn't talk about all the punches landed. Apart from Round 4, and two others, he landed less than Mayweather. 9-3. 8-4 at worst. He nearly doubled Pac's hits. B) He failed to hit him. And the worst thing, probably blamed on his 'injury' C) He failed to punch more than him.

Pacquiao had his moments, but unfortunately it weren't many, and he didn't have Floyd in BIG trouble.

I agree that it does happen to Rigo and Ward as well but that's because we have a bunch of action junkies here who cannot appreciate the execution of the art at its' highest level and form (the way Mayweather, Rigondeaux and Ward fight).

Manny had mission impossible in his plan because he was under the impression that he could outbox Floyd and that just wasn't happening.

I'm sure we will see more than the shoulder injury BS as an excuse as time rolls on but no version of Manny be it 2009, 2010 or now would ever beat Floyd.

Think it's a good thing he vacate the belts especially the Lmw ones....He doesn't need them any more and certainly doesn't need to prove much else!

He's backed of the Monday thing and is now saying he will decide by his September fight.

If Floyd is retiring after one more fight then he doesn't really need to keep all the belts, unless he would fight Kell Brook to unify the Welterweight Division.
